We call this our magic wand! Matte on one end and illuminated on the other with a velvety smooth finish that is the perfect texture for blending and easy application. Try the matte end to banish tired eyes by lining the water line or use under the brow to define shape. We love the illuminated end smudged under the brow bone to create extra lift, in the inner eye area, cheek or centre of nose to highlight, and above the lip line to plump. This one is a MUST!
